Next Day Delivery

●       Orders placed before 1 pm are dispatched on the same day

●       Delivery is FREE for orders over £30 (ex.VAT) going to Mainland UK; otherwise, £3.99.

●       For delivery to Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland, please click here.

●       The average delivery time is 2-3 days.

●       The next-day delivery courier charge is £5.99, and the order should be placed before 1 pm.

●       Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays

●       There is no minimum order.

●       Our delivery partners include DHL Parcel UK, Parcelforce, Yodel, and Royal Mail.

Returns

We are more than happy to help!

●       You can request to return items for up to 30 days via your order history, or if 30 days have passed, please contact us.

●       We will refund you the price you paid for unused, unopened packets or cases.

●       Returns have always been free of charge. However, we do reserve the right to make a charge of £10 (ex.VAT)

●        Additional 10 days for returns during Xmas holidays.

●       This return policy does not affect your statutory rights

Once the courier has been and collected your items, we can track them back to our warehouse. If you are an existing customer, refunds will be credited to your account. If the order was paid for by card, we will refund it to the card used. Refunds can take up to 5-10 working days to clear.

Damaged Goods/Wrong Delivery

If goods are damaged/ upon delivery, please let us know within five days of the delivery date with images of damaged products, and we can arrange a replacement service free of charge.

Cancellation of Order:

If the order is cancelled after dispatch, the return will be processed after receiving the products, minus delivery charges.
